Since early 2006 Triangle has screened prospective basins in both Eastern and Western Canada. A farm-in agreement for a 70% working interest on 516,000 gross acres in Nova Scotia has been executed. Triangle is the operator.

New Brunswick Shale Gas Project
Triangle has executed a second farm-in agreement in Eastern Canada for a 70% working interest on 68,000 gross acres in New Brunswick. Natural gas production has been established adjacent to this acreage position. Triangle is the operator.
