Mark G. Gustafson, C.A.
CHAIRMAN & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mark began his career with Price Waterhouse in 1981. He received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1983 and continued working in Price Waterhouseâs Calgary office until 1987. Since then he has held numerous senior positions in both private and public oil and gas, and oilfield service companies including EnServ Corporation, Total Energy Services Ltd. and Torrent Energy Corporation. Mark joined EnServ Corporation in 1987 and was the companyâs Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Rental and Environmental divisions until 1993. EnServ was acquired by Precision Drilling. Mark was the CEO of Total Energy Services Ltd. from 1997 to 1999 and the CEO of Torrent Energy Corporation from 2004 to 2006. He has been the CEO of Triangle Petroleum Corporation since May, 2005.

Stephen A. Holditch,P.Eng.
DIRECTOR

Stephen Holditch joined Triangle Petroleum Corporation as a director in February 2006. Since January 2004, Mr. Holditch has been the Head of the Harold Vance Department of Petroleum Engineering at Texas A&M University. Since 1976 through the present, Mr. Holditch has been a faculty member at Texas A&M University, as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor and Professor Emeritus. Since its founding in 1977 until 1997, when it was acquired by Schlumberger Technology Corporation, Mr. Holditch was the Founder and President of S.A. Holditch & Associates, Inc., a petroleum technology company that specialized in providing analysis of low permeability gas reservoirs and designing hydraulic fracture treatments. Mr. Holditch previously worked for Shell Oil Company and Pan American Petroleum Corporation. Mr. Holditch is a registered professional engineer in Texas, has received numerous honors, awards and recognitions and has authored or co-authored over 100 publications on the oil and gas industry. Mr. Holditch received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1969, 1970 and 1976, respectively.

David L. Bradshaw, CPA
DIRECTOR

David Bradshaw joined the Companyâs Board of Directors effective August 3, 2007. He brings a wealth of public company experience in addition to his financial and management expertise. Mr. Bradshaw spent 20 years with Denver based Tipperary Corporation, an AMEX listed oil and gas company that was sold to Santos Ltd. of Australia in 2005 in a transaction valued at $466 million. He was the Chairman and CEO from 1997 until the sale in 2005 and was a key contributor to the growth in Tipperaryâs reserve base and shareholder value. Prior to 1990, he was active in a private oil and gas company and employed by several CPA firms. Mr. Bradshaw received his CPA in 1978, an MBA from Texas A&M; University in 1977 and a BBA, Accounting from Texas A&M; University in 1976.

Randal J. Matkaluk, CA
DIRECTOR

Randal J. Matkaluk was appointed to the Triangle Board on August 3, 2007. Mr. Matkaluk brings a strong track record of starting up and growing a number of successful public and private oil and gas exploration companies from his base in Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Matkaluk was a co-founder and CFO of Relentless Energy Corporation, which was a private exploration and production company formed in 2003 to focus on natural gas production that was sold in late 2005 at an imputed market price of approximately $63 million. From 1998 to 2003, he was the CFO of several public junior oil and gas companies, which included Antrim Energy Inc., primarily focused in Argentina and the North Sea. From 1984 to 1997, Mr. Matkaluk was employed in various management positions with Cube Energy Corp., which was a public E&P; company with a production base in Canada of 5,400 barrels of oil equivalent per day. When Cube was sold in 1997, he was the Vice-President, Finance and Administration. Mr. Matkaluk received his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary in 1980 and his CA designation in 1983.
